Watt Intervals
Support
For help with Watt Intervals, email [email protected]. Include your trainer model, iPhone and Apple Watch models, OS versions, and the step that failed. Please do not send Health exports unless we ask for a specific diagnostic item.
Connect a smart trainer
Turn on the trainer, open the gear button, and choose Scan for devices. Wait for ERG ready before starting a ride. Watt Intervals uses the standard Bluetooth Fitness Machine Service (FTMS).
Apple Watch heart rate
Keep the Watch unlocked and nearby. On the first ride, accept the Health permission message on the Watch. Later rides should start the Watch workout automatically. A Bluetooth heart-rate sensor remains available as a fallback.
Health permissions
Permissions can be reviewed in the Health app or iOS Settings. A ride still saves locally if Health access is declined. Health records and the app's local ride history are deleted separately.
Subscriptions
Purchases and renewals are managed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in Watt Intervals after reinstalling, or manage the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Delete local data
Swipe a history row to delete an individual ride. Deleting the app removes its remaining local templates, history, preferences, and Bluetooth reconnection information. Apple Health workouts must be managed in Apple Health.
