Choose the right deployment path.

Both start with a short scoping conversation: bring one expensive, repetitive, or error-prone workflow. We'll know quickly whether either path fits, and we'll tell you if it doesn't.

Path A

Managed cloud

A guided TrustyGenius workspace in our managed environment.

We provision the workspace and configure existing supported platform capabilities around your requirements. Standard managed setups are typically operational within 3–5 business days after scope, required access, and credentials are confirmed.

Path B

Customer infrastructure

Run TrustyGenius inside your environment.

We install the platform inside your VPC, train your quants and PMs, and stand up the agents against your instrument universe. Your security review and change process make this a longer path than a standard managed-cloud setup.

Install in your VPC (Docker Compose, Swarm, or your container platform)
Training for quants, PMs, and ops
Geniuses tuned to your data sources and instrument universe
IBKR adapter wired to your account (paper-first)
Updates and security patches
Slack / email support
Install: 2 to 4 weeks
Productive: 6 to 8 weeks
Path C

Custom workflow development

We deploy a production agent around one of your workflows.

Bring us one expensive, repetitive workflow: research, risk, a role inbox, trade confirmations, reconciliation, scheduling, or something specific to your business. We scope it, connect the required systems, and deploy a production agent for it.

It arrives with real database state, permissions, human approval gates, and an audit trail. We run it managed for you or deploy it inside your own environment, and build the agreed workflow around your data and systems.

Your data and proprietary workflow remain yours. The TrustyGenius runtime is licensed and maintained separately.

Common scopes

Quant research and risk agents (monitoring, validation, scheduled briefings)
Email and operations agents (role inboxes, extraction, escalation)
Trade-confirmation and reconciliation workflows
Scheduling and notification workflows
Custom agents on your proprietary data, APIs, models, and internal systems
New asset class, alt-data feed, or broker beyond IBKR
Timeline: a first working version may take days. Production timing is confirmed during scoping and depends on access, integration, testing, and client sign-off.

What we don't do

Honest boundaries, so we both save the call if there isn't a fit.

  • ×Prime brokerage. You bring your own broker relationship; we integrate to it.
  • ×Managed money. We do not manage money or make trading decisions. TrustyGenius supports research, monitoring, validation, and paper workflows under your team's control.
  • ×Regulated advice. TrustyGenius is software. We don't make recommendations on what to trade.
  • ×Selling alpha. Strategies belong to your team. We don't license signals or shared strategy books.

How an engagement starts

  1. 01

    Discovery call

Bring one expensive, repetitive, or error-prone workflow, plus your stack and your constraints. We share what's in the platform and what isn't, and tell you which path fits, or that neither does.

  2. 02

    Scoped proposal

A short doc with a fixed scope, deliverables, and timeline. No surprises, no consulting theatrics.

  3. 03

    Install or first workflow

License & Deploy: we install in your VPC and run a paper-first shakedown. Sprint: we build the agreed workflow against your real systems, with approval gates in from the start.

  4. 04

    Production deployment

The agent runs on the agreed workflow with your permissions, approval gates, limits, and audit trail in place. Monitoring and rollback procedures included.

  5. 05

    Ongoing

Updates, security patches, support, and a direct line to the team that built it. Renewable annually.

Pricing

Pricing is based on deployment and scope. Custom agents, integrations, data sources, broker work, and non-standard infrastructure are quoted separately.

Annual licenses for License & Deploy. The Production Agent Sprint is a fixed-scope engagement with an ongoing support and licensing path. Combinations are common.
